Duties and responsibilities include advising clients on a wide range of high value international contentious commercial disputes including acting as lead advocate for large high-value Supreme Court and Court of Appeal disputes as well as contributing to the team's programs of international business development, marketing and training. Successful candidates will have substantial experience working with international clients, a minimum of ten years of post-qualified experience in common law jurisdictions, a proven track record of being lead advocate in high value corporate disputes and have examples of successful international marketing initiatives. Successful candidates will also have experience supervising and training Trainees and Associates.
