Duties and responsibilities include advising clients on a wide range of non-contentious trust matters as well as leading a team on international business development, marketing and training programs. Successful candidates will have substantial experience working with high net worth international clients, a minimum of seven years of post-qualified experience in common law jurisdictions and substantial experience with trust structures, regulation of trust company businesses and private client work. Successful candidates will also have experience supervising and training Trainees and Associates. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm and have a law degree or paralegal certification.
