Requirements
A minimum of 7 years' PQE, with a commercial litigation background; Experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, including experience with company law and (re)insurance disputes; Experience in insolvency would be an advantage; An excellent academic record; Excellent legal research and drafting skills; Advocacy experience Skills in client development and marketing that will contribute to the growth of ASW; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.Salary
