VT Construction is hiring a

Top Grade Masons

Applicants must have at least five (5) years' proven experience and be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following: Be able to interpret complex construction drawings, estimate the amount of materials required, liaise with General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, build concrete forms, finish concrete, plaster and masonry and other related structures and installations. Must have practical experience and knowledge in supervising and training apprentices. Be physically fit as considerable lifting of heavy materials with much bending is required. Must be flexible in working extended hours on weekdays, weekends and overtime when required at short notice.

Requirements

At least five (5) years' proven experience in masonry, ability to interpret complex construction drawings, experience in estimating materials, liaising with contractors and vendors, ability to supervise and train apprentices, physical fitness for lifting heavy materials, flexibility to work extended hours when required.
