Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of 8+ years' experience in floristry, client care, and event concept and design. A Level 3 or higher floristry certification from a reputable institution in the US, UK, or Canada is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, creative vision, critical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while delivering flawless results.Salary
