Requirements
The successful candidate must be a qualified attorney with at least five (5) years' relevant experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce and relationship breakdown; all aspects relating to ancillary relief; prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, private children, and injunctive proceedings. International family law experience would be an asset. The candidate must have excellent qualifications and relevant proven experience as an advocate in high level contentious litigation and arbitration.Salary
