The ideal candidates (3) must be customer service driven individuals with attention to detail and have an interest in pursuing a demanding 24/7/365 career. Selectees will be subjected to a detailed background check, criminal check, the Bermuda Security Guard Licenses program and industry specific security courses which are required to execute their duties. This is a demanding role requiring working on a minimum 40 hour per week rotational shift basis seven days a week to include early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays. The General Duties include: • Management and evaluation of team members. • Delivery of coaching and training sessions. • Planning and initializing effective delegation of human resources. • Provision of 24/7 on-call response capability (threat assessment/security incident management) • Effective working with internal Business areas and the Business clients on security obligations and performance monitoring. • Security training, design, improvement and delivery. • Supporting any implementation of heightened security measures. • Management of the company Emergency Response Plan. • Conducting audits, inspections and tests to identify areas for improvement. • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with client(s), regulatory bodies. Local and International Agencies and Law Enforcement. • Conducting joint compliance activities with regulators. • Production and maintenance of formal procedures and manuals surrounding security. • Conducting and supporting ad-hoc security investigations

Minimum Criteria

• A High School diploma - (A Degree and/or Professional Certification would be an asset) • A minimum of Five years’ experience in security industry or related industry (military, police or uniformed services) • Ability to work in a highly regulated industry that demandsintegrity, confidentiality, and resilience. • Evidence of work experience in an environment that mandates the enforcement of policies and procedures. • Willingness to work on a rotating roster, inclusive of weekends and public holidays, and flexibility to work additional hours/on call as required. • Strong, rationale decision-making abilities demonstrated in high pressure, fast-paced work environments. • High proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in investigation, report presentation, interviewing and the principles of evidence gathering. • Professional and clear oral and written communication skills required. • An aptitude for continuous learning. • Exposure to recruitment and training would be an asset. • Valid Advance Security Clearance would be beneficial. • Holder of a valid driver’s license - beneficial. • At least three years' experience in the customer service environment would be advantageous.
