Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor

Deadline: 1 week

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Planning & preparing class sessions appropriate for the group class type as described on the BFB schedule • Developing appropriate personal exercise plans for BFB’s clients • Maintaining a book of personal training clients • Work with pre and post natal clients and program group classes accordingly • General gym management, promoting new business and recruiting new clients, encouraging business growth and contributing to BFB’s continuous development. This includes the use of social media marketing. • Booking and client management in the online BFB Customer Data Management system

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience working with personal training clients teaching strength, conditioning and general fitness • Proven experience programming for and working with personal training clients and athletic teams • Indoor Cycling Certification required • Proven experience in group class preparation and instruction • Proven experience in content creation/social media skills • Must possess excellent people skills, firm knowledge of anatomy and ability to modify exercises for various fitness levels. Must be social, team player, good at communication, high energy.
