On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Professional. Reporting to the President, the Marketing & Communications Professional is responsible for increasing and maintaining a positive public awareness and corporate identity of the organization. This includes developing and executing media communications, public relations, social media strategies, and plans for brand innovation, internal communications, corporate promotions, and initiatives. The role is key to creating and maintaining a positive public image and promoting services, facilities, events, and programs. Coordination with internal departments and external agencies is essential to disseminate information to the media, clients, and the general public. The role also includes the development of marketing materials and initiatives to enhance the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related area is preferred. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role. High proficiency in English for effective written and oral communication. Strong creative and strategic business writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a respectful, diplomatic approach and relationship-building ability across diverse groups. Proven ability to work collaboratively with Executives, stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues. Strong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and brand strategy development. Awareness of current marketing and social media trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Skilled in public speaking, media interaction, and content creation across platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Sound judgment and tactful communication. Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel internationally if required.
