Live-out Housekeeper

On behalf of our client, Mr. & Mrs. Frankel, we are seeking a self-motivated, non-smoker for the position of Live-out Housekeeper to handle the general housekeeping of a substantial home. The successful candidate must be able to work without supervision, be available to house-sit and take full responsibility for the property in the owner's absence, and able to implement hurricane protection while the owners are off island. Weekly general housekeeping to include laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and running errands Regular heavy-duty household duties to include cleaning windows, (inside and outside), gutters and outdoor living areas Liaise with gardeners and supervise other service providers Must be comfortable caring for dogs and other animals on an as needed basis Minimum of 5 years' housekeeping experience Certified in CPR and first aid Valid Bermuda driver's license and own transportation Clean criminal record Must be strong and energetic to cope with a heavy workload Must be friendly and outgoing but professional and discreet Must be able to speak, write and read English with spoken Portuguese a plus Must be able to work 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, with additional evening, weekend and holiday hours as needed, often at short notice Our client maintains a smoke-free and drug-free work environment and reserves the right to perform pre-employment criminal background checks and random drug tests.
