Hope Healthcare is seeking an Associate Physician who is competent to perform medical services related to 'Family Practice'. Key Duties and Responsibilities include following practice guidelines set by the AAFP, conducting outpatient home visits, and performing in office procedures. Minimum Qualifications include US, UK, or Canadian Board Certification in Family Medicine, an Active US state license, DEA number, and NPI number, and registration with the Bermuda Medical Council. Preferred qualifications include ACLS and Practice Management experience along with 10 years of practice experience. Required competencies include CPR & AED Certification, office procedural skills, ability to interpret laboratory results, EMR utilization, and skills in personal patient communication.

Requirements
