Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client experience and engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, creative insight, and a passion for collaborating on and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns. Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, in line with the company's brand tone and strategy Create and post frequent and relevant content on social media platforms, ensuring brand positioning and consistency across all channels Monitor social media channels daily, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting with key insights and recommendations to deliver measurable results aligned with the company's strategic goals Conduct market research, analyze customer trends, and assist in identifying marketing opportunities Assist in the creation of marketing materials including job advertisements, presentations, pitches, proposals, brochures, email campaigns, and promotional content, ensuring clear communication and impactful messaging Collaborate with business units to develop internal comms to support employee engagement and assist with the development of external communications, including senior executive messages, client newsletters, employee notices, public relations, marketing material, intranet and internet postings Liaise with business unit heads and the wider Marketing team to provide basic graphic design and editing for corporate communications and campaigns Support event planning and execution, including logistics, promotion, budget tracking and follow-up Provide digital support (filming, photography, etc.) for events and promotional campaigns as needed Liaise with internal departments, agencies, and vendors to support marketing deliverables Maintain all filing systems, including the tracking of all Marketing materials, approvals, reporting and other collateral Maintain the marketing calendar and support the budgeting and invoicing process, and expense tracking and reporting Ensure all procedures are regularly reviewed and updated Conduct regular inventory of all marketing collateral including company merchandise, proactively initiating orders to replenish stock and working with the business unit heads to supply merchandise for clients and/or event

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role Experience with marketing and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS platforms, and email marketing software Experience with digital and social media platforms; familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
