Recreational Gymnastics Program Coordinator

The Bermuda Gymnastics Association (BGA) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Recreational Gymnastics Program Coordinator. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead, coach, and coordinate gymnastics activities for participants of all ages and skill levels, ranging from crawling toddlers to adults, potentially including some competitive level up to USAG Xcel Gold. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our recreational program, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, and coordinating various gymnastics events and activities. This role requires a flexible schedule, including regular early evening hours and Saturdays during term-time, and a commitment to work during school holidays to run camps.

Requirements

Degree in sports, education, or a related field. FIG Level 1 certification (or equivalent) preferred; willingness to obtain if not currently certified. Ability to safely coach athletes up to USAG Xcel Gold or Level 6. High proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Canva, social media. Access to reliable transportation is required for travel between locations. Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends and run camps during school holidays.
