On behalf of our client, Harbourmaster a specialty luggage and leathergoods store, we are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves 3–4 days per week, including Saturdays, with hours from 10am to 5pm and flexibility for additional hours as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Open and close the store, including end-of-day cash reconciliations • Assist customers by recommending products for personal use or gifts by showcasing luggage and handbags and answering questions • Handle routine tasks including inventory check-in, pricing, and restocking from basement stockrooms • Support a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service • Physically fit and able to lift large suitcases and navigate stairs to and from the stockroom • Neat and professional appearance • Retail experience and familiarity with POS systems is an asset • Experience with social media would be beneficial • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
