Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, business, law or related discipline. • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in offshore trust and corporate services with working knowledge of managing complex, multi-jurisdictional structures. • TEP and/or other relevant professional designations preferred; willingness to pursue and obtain an industry designation. • Working knowledge of the Bermuda Companies Act 1981, the Bermuda Trusts Act 1975 and other relevant offshore trust and company legislation. • Practical knowledge and experience with Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Finance legislation, compliance obligations and risk based due diligence requirements, policies and guidelines.Salary
