On behalf of our client, Island Construction Services Ltd., we seek: a Senior Maintenance/Mason. The senior maintenance will plan and coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations of properties of residential and commercial clients. Duties will include but are not limited to general home repairs and maintenance; masonry work, preparing walls and various surfaces for painting; drywall repair; patching; tank repairs; and maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. Must be willing to work overtime and during holidays and weekends as projects demand.
Requirements
Having at least 3 years' work experience in maintenance and masonry. Must have the ability to handle heavy physical workload; comfortable working at heights and ladder work; and has the ability to do masonry work.
