Requirements
An undergraduate degree with a preference in business. Proven experience in sales, preferably in life insurance, pension investments, or financial services. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex insurance and investment solutions clearly and persuasively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining sales logs and client records. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and training. Knowledge of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements in insurance and investments is an asset. Completion of CLU designation & CSC or Series 7 designation within 18 months of hire is required.Salary
