CedarBridge Academy is seeking a hardworking individual for a two-month summer contract to assist with the deep cleaning of our school. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role focused on getting the building thoroughly cleaned and ready for the upcoming academic year. Successful candidates will work under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager and are expected to take pride in their work and maintain a high standard across all areas of the campus. Key duties include deep cleaning of classrooms, stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, and power washing exterior areas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; One (1) to two (2) years of custodial, janitorial or commercial deep cleaning preferred; Experience stripping and waxing floors preferred; Experience operating commercial floor machines and power washing equipment preferred; Familiarity with the proper use and storage of industrial cleaning chemicals; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods; Reliable, punctual and able to work independently; Must be available for the full contract period (July 1st – August 31st, 2026); A background check will be required.
