Financial Assistance Officer

Under the direction of the Financial Assistance Manager, the post holder is responsible for the day to day management, administration and oversight of a portfolio of clients. The Financial Assistance Officer is responsible for determining the financial, emotional and health needs of the client whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and policy guidelines. The post holder also performs liaison and advisory duties, and is responsible to lend assistance for the development of the client in association with stakeholder agencies.

Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Economics or Law. A minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in an office environment that required investigative, evaluation and assessment skills. Must have a valid driver's licence.
