Management Services Partner

The post holder provides a broad array of consultancy services and advice to Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and Department Heads in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Government's public service offerings as well as provides regulatory services. The post is responsible for assisting management with maximizing their performance by identifying and providing analysis of existing problems, and developing implementable recommendations/solutions for improvement that will ultimately result in more effective and/or efficient ways of functioning. The post holder is accountable for the project management process and performing tasks to fulfil the programme management function.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in organizational development, general management consulting concepts and execution or project consultancy role or similar function within the public or private sector. Should have relevant demonstrable experience in the management of project portfolios and the development of complex initiatives preferably in the public sector to include a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results with complex multi-faceted projects. Masters' Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Management Science. Possession of a Certificate in Management Consulting or a Six Sigma Black Belt certification would be considered an asset.
