Join our team as Operations Manager and help shape the future of local broadcasting while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Operations Manager you will oversee the day-to-day functioning of our two television channels and three radio stations. You will ensure a seamless on-air delivery, high-quality production environments, and the strategic growth of audiences and revenue streams. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, technical know-how, and commercial acumen to keep studios running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a multi-functional team across TV and radio Oversee studio & equipment maintenance requirements Organize special events and live outside broadcasts, and serve as the Onsite Lead Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to identify new revenue opportunities Audience Growth & Performance Analytics Oversee and coordinate all operational activities within the station Manage department budgets and identify operational efficiencies. Support /lead strategic initiatives and special projects as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Management, Communications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of operations or production management in a multi-channel broadcast environment (TV and/or radio). Demonstrated experience with live event production and outside broadcast workflows. Strong technical familiarity with broadcast equipment, IT networks, and compliance requirements (e.g., OFCOM, FCC). Proven track record driving operational efficiencies and revenue growth Competencies: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Advanced project management and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines. Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation. Data-driven mindset: proficient in using analytics tools to guide decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 broadcast environment.
