Contracted Youth Worker

This is a contracted part-time role for a Youth Worker at Family Centre located in Pembroke Parish, Bermuda. The Youth Worker will work within a team and will be responsible for providing community programme co-lead responsibilities for Family Centre's Beyond Rugby Bermuda, Beyond Yoga Bermuda and Youth Leadership Academy Programmes, 15-20 hours per week. Key Duties and Responsibilities include providing co-lead responsibilities for various programmes, ensuring safety standards are met, developing rapport with parents, and coordinating with community partners.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree. Strong interpersonal and youth engagement skills. Experience delivering youth group programmes. Willingness to work flexible hours and engage in continued professional development.
