Part-Time Canon Theologian

The Anglican Church of Bermuda seeks to appoint a Part-Time Canon Theologian to work alongside the Bishop to provide theological reflection and guidance on all aspects of the churches' ministry and mission applying theological principles to contemporary moral, ethical and social issues. The successful candidate will need to be an ordained Anglican priest; have a PhD level qualification with experience in teaching and training at a recognized theological college or training institute in the Anglican Communion. Gifts of mentorship; mediation and conflict resolution; preaching; leadership training; ecumenical dialogue are essential. In addition, the candidate will prepare and oversee courses, retreats and conferences and assist current and future parishes and committees with guidance, advice and reflection.
