Child Caregiver / Housekeeper

Our clients, Mr. and Mrs. R. Malcolm, require the services of a dedicated Child Caregiver / Housekeeper. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): providing nurturing and loving support to two children (an infant and toddler) whilst parents are at work, including providing a stimulating, educational environment. In addition, candidate will be expected to provide general housekeeping duties which will include (but are not limited to) laundry, cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping. This will routinely be extended to include errands, grocery shopping and meal preparation for the whole family. The candidate must be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with little notice if needed. The candidate must also be willing and available to travel abroad with the family. The successful candidate should be experienced, reliable, trustworthy, responsible, self-directed and flexible. This position requires someone who is a non-smoker and holds a Bermuda driver's license (or willingness to obtain one). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exemplary care for infants and young children, as well as demonstrated ability with at least 5 years of relevant sole charge experience together with willingness to proactively conduct housekeeping duties. Must be CPR and first aid certified before commencement of employment and have a clear criminal record.
