Small Engine and Electric Vehicle Mechanic

Job Type: Permanent

Skilled and motivated Small Engine and Electric Vehicle Mechanic. Diagnose, maintain and repair small engines, electric bikes and scooters, gas scooters, including mechanical and electrical components. Assemble, repair, and recondition lithium-ion battery packs. Service and troubleshoot hub motors, controllers, and wiring systems. Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on micro mobility vehicles. Build and assemble bicycles, ensuring proper alignment and torque specifications. Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used. Assist with inventory management of tools, batteries, and parts. Communicate with customers professionally about service updates and technical issues.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience as a Mechanic. Proven experience in electric bicycle or small electric vehicle repair. Proficient in lithium battery diagnostics, reassembly, and BMS troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of hub motors and controller systems. Solid background in traditional bicycle mechanics and assembly. Comfortable using multimeters, soldering tools, and other diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
