Requirements
Minimum Required Skills & Experience: • 5 years' experience in residential and commercial construction • Track record of excellent masonry work • Ability to finish concrete slabs to 3/16th of an inch tolerance in 20 feet • Ability to plaster concrete walls to 1/8th of an inch tolerance in 8 feet • Ability to set steel and rebar • Ability to read and understand blueprints to calculate specifications and materials • Excellent time management and reliability • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required, including weekends and public holidays • Must have own transportationSalary
