FOOD AND BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATOR

MEF Ltd. is seeking a professional with 2+ years experience in food and beverage service and administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational and multitasking skills. If you are a proactive and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources - Liaise with HR, submit weekly payroll, and assist with training set up Finance Process purchase orders and review general and monthly ledgers Administration - Manage emails and meetings, handle internal and external calls and reservations, prepare meeting minutes as needed, and special event reservations Marketing Support - Coordinate event setup and menu printing Requirements: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience High professional standards and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work independently Openness to continuous training and learn new systems as needed
