Hospitality Project Manager

Our Client, Westend Properties Limited, have an immediate need and invite applications for the following position: Hospitality Project Manager The individual selected for this position will report directly to the Senior Hospitality Project Manager and Director of On-Site Construction. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: A. Oversee day-to-day coordination of large complex hospitality project including construction, FF&E installation, and operations coordination. Use experience with hotel renovation projects to deliver on time, within budget, and meet client-approved design criteria. B. Thoroughly understand the project scope, design documents, brand requirements, available resources, and potential impacts of field decisions on scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring comprehensive project oversight and successful execution. C. Assume full accountability for performance on assigned projects as outlined in client agreements, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and client expectations. D. Maintain regular and effective communication with the On-site Construction Management and remote Project Management Team to provide project status updates, solicit key decisions, and secure necessary approvals, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. E. Work closely with project management teams to administer project documents, ensuring adherence to design, reporting, and task requirements to keep projects on track. Review and understand Interior Designer plans in coordination with Architectural and MEP plans. Apply extensive experience with interior FF&E Tags and Specifications to ensure timely delivery of guestrooms and other areas. F. Confirm smooth on-site logistics with Construction Management Team, oversee project progress inspections, and prepare information for client updates, fostering transparent communication and project transparency. Extensive experience working with third party purchasing agents and expediting FF&E orders is required. Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training 1+ year experience working on major hospitality projects in resort settings in excess of $250 million Experience with organizing and communicating with all stakeholders (Owners, Owners Rep, Operations team, Contractors, and Vendors) Proficient in the following software: Microsoft Office Suite Apps, Procore, MS Project, (Bluebeam and Adobe program familiarity preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented Excellent organizational and time management skills Exercise good judgment and initiative Procore Certified Superior communication skills Westend Properties Limited adheres to a policy of a drug free work environment and reserves the right to perform pre-employment criminal background checks and random drug tests.
