Carpenter (s) (Finish & Site)

For both carpentry shop and site. We seek a master level (of 5+years) Carpenter with extreme comfort in senior level site construction / form work/building forms and all aspects of finish /shop/millwork carpentry, for repairing or creating wooden elements of a building, such as doors, staircases structural beams and bespoke cabinetry, doors, frames and windows, with top grade delivery. Holding at least 10 years of progressive experience in the construction trade and considered top grade in masonry with formwork competency, the Site Superintendent / Foreman will maintain complete responsibility for all matters of working crew and contracted subs. The SS will be qualified as follows: measurements/quantities and procurement, able to read blueprints and plans and layout work, collate time sheets and support overall payroll administration. Must have excellent client relationship skills and able to prepare project proposals. Will serve as lead facilitator of site training within the masonry apprenticeship program of the company. This is a senior role for a resourceful, disciplined working Manager with a strong work ethic and a proven commitment to excellence.
