BACK-OFFICE MANAGER - The Back-Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the repair department and provide inventory and logistics support. This includes successful queuing of customer devices for fastest turnaround times, as well as managing repair inventory to ensure stock is available for repairs. The Back-Office Manager will also be required to complete expert level repairs on devices including laptops, phones, and tablets. Three years of experience in a high-volume managerial or supervisory cell phone or computer repair role is essential. Previous experience buying parts for an electronics repair business required. At least five years' electronics repair experience required. High school or equivalent degree. Apple certification and/or A+ certification preferred. Micro- soldering experience required. High proficiency in Microsoft, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Outlook, Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy when counting. SENIOR REPAIR TECHNICIAN - The Senior Repair Technician will be responsible for all aspects of diagnosing and repairing issues with customers' electronics, including cell phones, computers, tablets. Senior technicians will also be expected to share their knowledge and mentor less experienced technicians and apprentice technicians. 5 years recent full-time experience in electronics repair covering phones, tablets, computers, and other consumer electronics including: Expert knowledge repairing iPhones and Android phones (Replacing broken parts, replacing board mounted integrated circuits and microchips); Expert knowledge repairing iPads, Android, and Windows tablets; Advanced knowledge of PC and Mac Technical troubleshooting. Ability to read electronic board schematic diagrams; Soldering and micro soldering skills; Ability to trace and troubleshoot microcircuits.
