Carpentry Foreman

Successful candidate will have at least five to seven years' work experience, will participate in developing the project's concept, oversee its planning and implementation, and must have a proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Responsibilities include installing structures such as framing, fabricating cabinets, and ensuring safety protocols are met and compliance with building codes and regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to coordinate with other tradespeople, provide instruction and training, and work with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

Must have at least five to seven years' work experience, proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, must have strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid intermediate truck license or willingness to obtain it.
